About The Position

The Warehouse Driver NonCDL is responsible for the safe and timely transport and delivery of general commodities. This position drives various trucks and is flexible: when demand is high, most time is spent operating trucks; when demand is low, time is spent on warehouse duties. The role may be assigned to units requiring White Glove service for customized customer needs.

• Operates straight trucks to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitors freight for secure devices and straps to protect products.
• Follows company policy, required trainings, and driver processes.
• Performs full pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Reports damaged product or delivery issues to the Site Operations Manager.
• Provides White Glove service when delivering to residential or business locations.
• Operates liftgate as needed.
• Keeps equipment fueled, tidy, clean and compliant with inspection requirements.
• Secures all dunnage before entering public roads.
• May drive 4+ nights a week on the road.
• Operates within the home domicile states.
• Accountable for all assigned tools and equipment.
• Maintains professional conduct toward other motorists, customers, and vendors.
• Conforms to all DOT and OSHA regulations, including Omnitracs and Smart Drive processes.
• Performs any other reasonable requests directed by Management.
• Performs warehouse duties such as picking orders, measuring, weighing, and counting products; operating a forklift or order picker; packing orders for shipments; recording packaging information; affixing shipping labels; reporting missing items; ensuring shipments are accurate and free of damage; inspecting containers; participating in inventory/cycle counts; maintaining a clean work area; ensuring the facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience; 2 years preferred within the past 7 years.
• For straight‑truck drivers:
• At least 2 weeks training with another driver in a straight truck less than 26,000 lbs GVWR before driving alone.
• Appropriate license with state required endorsements.
• FMCSA and company requirements met (DOT Medical Certification, DQ file, road test, DOT physical test).
• Passes background and drug screen.
• Clean driving records.
• Forklift experience preferred.

• Depends on site and customer: some sites 25% travel or less; others may include overnight stays.
• A passport is not required but recommended.
