Medical Waste​/Sharps Class A Driver *Overnight SHIFTS

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class A license and experience driving large trucks to route across the Orlando, FL area and beyond. You will collect sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations and deliver a high level of customer service daily. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to some OT and good benefits.

• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations
• Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships
• Operate vehicles (straight trucks and tractor trailers up to 26 and 53 feet long) safely
• Complete deliveries on schedule, and communicate changes or challenges as they arise
• Load and unload, prioritize and organize truck per schedule and needs
• Manage routes per leadership direction, delivering timely, efficient, effective service
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours and perform roadside inspections
• Compete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations
• Maintain a clean driving record and a valid medical card
• Maintain road‑check level 1 through level 3 competency
• Demonstrate proven longevity in past employment
• Deliver on time practices

• Class A license with a clean driving record and valid medical card
• Six months driving experience with tractor trailers and/or straight trucks
• Experience operating vehicles in safe manner (straight trucks and tractor trailers up to 26 and 53 feet long)
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Willingness to work full‑time hours (approx. 45 hours per week)
• Overnight availability (Monday‑Thursday, ~7pm‑5:30am)
• Strong customer focus, a flexible, can‑do attitude
• Capable of heavy lifting
• Ability to manage routes and deliver timely service
• Demonstrated longevity and punctuality

• Full‑time permanent role, 45 hours per week
• Competitive salary of $31 per hour (non‑negotiable)
