Airline Food & Equipment Dispatcher; ANC

The Dispatchers monitor catering schedules to insure timely delivery of food& beverages to outbound aircraft, communicates by phone & radio with drivers & customers, formulates plan for shift & communicates withsupervisors/drivers. Administrative tasks- complete dispatch sheet, correct aircraft numbers, flights, times,trucks, maintain call back log (later flights*), Perform additional duties asneeded. Must be able to read, write,and speak English; needs to possess excellent verbal customer service and written communication skills, Must possess a Valid Driver’s License;

be ableto obtain an LAX AOA Driver Seal, Customs Seal. Work requires organization,prioritization skills. Detail orientation, strong mathematical skills, and problem solving skills. Must be ableto understand and follow customer specifications, must have intermediate computer skills, Tech savvy; knowledge of mobile devices; smartphones, 2-wayradio, phone, tablets, internet based programs, must be able to interact withall levels of employees. Must beself-directed and be able to work with little supervision, must be able towork under pressure, must be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to performduties in cooler location.

Must be flexible to work any shift. Must havea good performance and attendance record.
