Drive a straight truck or van on local and intrastate/interstate routes to deliver and unload food and related products;
Perform pre-trip safety inspections per DOT regulations and ensure vehicle/ trailer meet company standards;
Handle order invoices, perform count checks, obtain customer signatures, and manage cash collection where required;
Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers to ensure quality service;
Unload pallets and manage trailer/equipment; perform post-trip inspections and secure vehicle;
Maintain daily hours-of-service records and complete required paperwork according to DOT and company policies;
Assist with loading customer returns and removing damaged goods as needed;
Keep cab, loading dock, and trailers clean and organized; complete paperwork and end-of-shift duties;
Deliver urgent orders due to mispicks or service issues while maintaining safety and compliance
