This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Orlando, FL. The Truck Driver will safely operate company trucks to transport full truckload freight, including high-value and time-sensitive shipments, while complying with all DOT regulations and company safety standards. Daily responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing and protecting cargo, and managing required driving logs and documentation. The driver will load and unload freight as needed, communicate proactively with dispatch and operations teams, and maintain professional interactions with customers at pickup and delivery locations.

The role also involves monitoring equipment condition, reporting maintenance needs promptly, and adhering to route plans and delivery schedules to ensure on-time, damage-free service.

• From $2,000 guaranteed per driver (up to 6,000 miles)$0.80 per additional mile
• $0.85 CPM, all miles paid, expected pay $2550-$3400
• Weekly direct deposit (1099)
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Clean DOT bonus: $100–$500
• Rate increase of $2200 and $2300 guaranteed when spending more time on the road

• CDL A License
• 6+ months OTR or Regional experience
• Clean MVR and work history
• Basic English
• $49/week occupational insurance
• $1,000 escrow (refundable with 2-week notice)
