• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license (minimum of 2 years).
• Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Ability to navigate addresses and adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide and give correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate order preparation.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Operate all delivery equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• Temperature range from 36° in cooler to 90°+ in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature inside and outside.
• Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, fumes, and cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500° or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
