Food With Care (FWC) is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering food products to customers in a timely and professional manner while ensuring product quality and accuracy. The Driver represents the company during customer interactions and plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships through dependable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport food products to customer locations
• Load and unload products while ensuring proper handling and product integrity
• Verify orders for accuracy prior to delivery and obtain required delivery confirmations
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain compliance with all traffic laws and company safety policies
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers during deliveries
• Communicate with dispatch or management regarding delivery issues, delays, or concerns
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred
• Ability to operate delivery vans or small box trucks
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Regular driving and delivery activities throughout the day
• Frequent loading and unloading of products
• Work may involve early morning start times and outdoor conditions

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
