Job Description:

This position has primary responsibility for coordinating delivery operations including routing, delivering and backhauling activities. Job Description The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the delivery department to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective distribution of products to customers. This role provides direct leadership to CDL and Non CDL delivery drivers and while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and customer service standards.

The supervisor drives operational performance through coaching, route optimization, safety leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead and supervise a team of CDL and Non CDL delivery drivers
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, ELD, and Hours of Service regulations.
• Conduct driver coaching, ride-alongs, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Analyze routing efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce miles, labor, and transportation costs.
• Oversee the external maintenance providers of the company-owned delivery fleet to ensure vehicles are safe, compliant, and available to meet operational demands.
• Manage labor scheduling, overtime, and staffing levels to meet operational demands.
• Ensure vehicle inspections, equipment utilization, and maintenance issues are addressed.
