Truck Driver

BIG RIG Runner Inc. is an Orlando-based trucking company built by drivers, for drivers. We are seeking experienced CDL-A Dry Van Truck Drivers to join our over-the-road team and help us deliver freight safely and on time for our shipping partners across the country. As a Truck Driver with our company, you are the core of our operation. Our drivers haul dry van freight exclusively, which means no reefer temperature monitoring, no flatbed securement, and no hazmat- just straightforward, consistent freight.

Every load you move keeps our customers' supply chains running and directly supports the reputation we have built for reliability and professionalism. Our dispatch team works closely with each driver to plan efficient routes, keep trucks moving, and minimize unpaid downtime, so you can focus on driving and earning. This role is a strong fit for drivers who want consistent miles, competitive weekly pay, and a company that treats them with respect.

Our drivers run approximately four weeks on the road, followed by flexible home time of three days to one week, chosen by the driver. Our leadership has real experience behind the wheel as a company driver, lease operator, and owner-operator, so we understand what drivers need: honest communication, fair settlements, predictable home time, and a dispatcher who answers the phone.
