Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary

The role is to provide an effortless customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of all hardware equipment to pharmacies, including inventory receipts at vendor warehouses, cycle counts, shipments to clients, and returns to vendor facilities or the Hardware Inventory Room in Orlando, FL.

• Processes and fulfills orders from Sales for clients, as well as inter-department orders for associate supplies.
• Ensures all inventory is always accounted for – receipts, shipments, returns, damages, etc.
• Manages relationships with vendor sales teams to ensure proper distribution of inventory and maintains close communication with sales, administration, and implementation teams to ensure shipment accuracy.
• Problemsolves shipping issues with Fed Ex, UPS, and other freight carriers.
• Ships 20‑30+ boxes per day using standardized shipping practices.
• Generates daily reports of shipped items and manages the queue of orders to be shipped.
• Plans and designs the hardware inventory room.
• Develops packing and shipping solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Coordinates with other TDS teams and vendors to fulfill duties.

• Inventory management experience.
• Knowledge of Fed Ex practices.
• Experience with a pallet jack.

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in shipping and/or warehousing.
• High School Diploma.
