Overview

Inventory Specialist - Second Shift (Experience Required)
Location: In-Office (Warehouse).
Job Type: Full-Time.
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management
  • Maintain and organize warehouse inventory for smooth operations.
  • Accurately count, record, and replenish stock as needed.
  • Label and store items properly to ensure precise tracking.
Inventory Audits & Discrepancies
  • Assist with inventory audits and promptly address any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Order-Picking Machinery Operation
  • Safely operate order-picking machinery, including cherry pickers, for stock retrieval.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience

    Required:

    Must have experience operating order-picking machinery, including cherry pickers.
  • Warehouse

    Experience:

    1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory role preferred.
  • Inventory

    Skills:

    Proficient in inventory counting and record-keeping methods.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with software such as Excel and Google Docs.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory management.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, pulling, and carrying items.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
