Warehouse Associate

This is a full-time position available to dedicated and organized individuals. Are you an organized, reliable professional with at least 3 years of experience with a distribution company? Or within the hospitality industry, like coffee, wine, and spirits distributors, Specialty Food distributors, etc.? Are you willing to work hard, have the presence of mind, address issues that come up, are a team player, and are looking to increase your earning potential?

If so, we are looking for you! We’re hiring warehouse associates to join our team and help fulfill orders for our customers. You’ll organize the inventory, prep orders for shipments, create and verify invoices, check packages for damages, report your findings to the warehouse manager, and make sure the facility stays clean. Applicants should be capable, reliable, and take great pride in a job well done.

• Organize any new inventory the facility receives
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment while adhering to all safety regulations
• Check products for any defects or damages, document any that you find, and let the warehouse manager know
• Fill and verify customer invoices to ensure they are accurate and clients are satisfied with their order
• Retrieve, packing, and process items to get them ready for shipping on time
• Maintain and update bin locations
• Be able to use a computer to update data
• Must be methodical, self-motivated, with the presence of mind
• Be good at communicating and working with and as a Team
• Prioritize work, and ask for help if needed

• Job seekers should have good physical stamina and be able to stand for long periods of time
• Preference for candidates who have completed high school or received their GED
• Previous work experience in a warehouse environment is a big plus
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks is preferred
• Able to lift 25lbs. or more
• Forklift License is an advantage
• Accept other work responsibilities as directed

$16 - $17 hourly
