As a Warehouse Associate at Wayfair, you are the engine of our logistics network, directly responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and in perfect condition. This fast‑paced, high‑energy environment will have you cross‑trained across various fulfillment functions, from inbound receipt to preparing final‑mile deliveries.

• Safely load, unload, and move large and small furniture orders and inventory of various sizes, lifting up to 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with team lifting.
• Utilize scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse software to accurately track, process, and update inventory and order locations across all operational stages.
• Perform comprehensive quality control tasks, including inspecting, assembling, repackaging, labeling, and sorting products to prevent damage before shipping.
• Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Physical Capability:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work a full 8+ hour shift in a dynamic, non‑climate‑controlled warehouse environment.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move merchandise up to 75+ lbs unassisted.
• Able to read and comprehend English to ensure safety for yourself and others.
• Experience (Preferred):
  Previous warehouse, logistics, or comparable experience. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
