We are committed to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction - and we're seeking a highly organized and results-driven Purchasing & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and procurement activities supporting our North Florida operations, including Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville.

Position Requirements

What You'll Do

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for the Orlando facility, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment, and supplies for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations supporting Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville operations.
• Monitor inventory usage and replenishment need to ensure material availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances.
• Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency, accessibility, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, warehouse procedures, and inventory management practices.

Purchasing & Procurement

• Source materials, equipment, and supplies from approved vendors while maintaining quality and cost standards.
• Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project and service requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, pricing, lead times, and product availability.
• Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and purchasing agreements to maximize value and support company goals.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials arrive on schedule to support operational needs.
• Work closely with operations, service, and project teams to forecast material requirements and procurement needs.
