Warehouse Machine Operator - Restock; SUN-THURS

S&S ACTIVEWEAR – Orlando, FL About The Role

Restock Driver will retrieve inventory from floor locations and up‑stock storage for product transfers and deliver to designated areas for stocking or shipment. The driver must operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.

Sunday–Thursday (1 PM – 9:30 PM), Full‑time, Non‑Exempt. Hourly: $16.50.

• Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, stock chaser (cart), pallet jack, scanners, tablets, and company WMS.
• Perform daily safety inspection checklists for all equipment.
• Maintain productivity minimum requirements (CPH) and work with a sense of urgency.
• Retrieve inventory from up‑stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas.
• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software.
• Act professionally and remain focused while working.
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment.
• Follow directions of leadership.
• Perform cleaning activities as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• High school diploma.
• Good standing with the company.
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets and labels written in English.
• Ability to use electronic devices.
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Ability to prioritize assignments to meet cut‑off times.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to learn or be trained on using power equipment: order picker, reach truck, stock chaser, pallet jack, electric pallet jack, forklift, etc.
• Willing to perform other duties as required.
• Able to work overtime if required.

Must wear proper safety equipment if required (e.g., safety toe shoes, bump caps, safety vest). PPE is company‑provided with a $100 stipend on safety‑toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for the role.

Stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand‑eye coordination, near and far vision, and hearing are required for equipment operation.

• Warehouse environment ranging from warm to cool.
• Exposure to moderate noise levels around machines and equipment.
