A Warehouse Associate will be responsible for maximizing productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy while performing material movement functions throughout the warehouse. Shipping tasks include picking, packing, and shipment of orders. Must react to changes productively and handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned. All S&S Activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.
Schedule & CompensationMonday — Friday (11 am – 7:30 pm), Full‑time, Non‑Exempt.
Hourly: $15.00.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
- Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
- Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
- Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
- Responsible for any additional duties assigned.
Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (e.g., safety toe shoes, bump caps, safety vest). Company‑provided PPE is available with a $100 stipend on safety‑toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your role. If your role requires specific PPE, please check with your HR/Training team for details. In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift and frequently lift, carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and handle items up to 50 lbs.
Moderate hand‑eye coordination, near vision, far vision, and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery.
- The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
- The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
