Warehouse & Materials Associate (Temporary)

Pay: $23-$24/hour | Temporary Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Materials Associate to support fast‑paced manufacturing and distribution operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse logistics, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material handling who thrive in a safety‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and shipments
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare outgoing orders for delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits
• Operate RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Support inventory reconciliation and material flow activities
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety procedures
• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and operational goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or materials management environments
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving, and cycle counting
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
