The Inventory Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products and materials. This role requires accurate inventory management, safe operation of equipment, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Inventory Management
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Organize and store products in designated locations
  • Safely operate PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment
    , including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers
  • Load and unload trucks and containers
Warehouse Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
  • Assist with receiving inspections and quality checks

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, including an industry with receiving and inventory functions.
  • Safety is a top priority: the employee must strictly adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Includes but is not limited to wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), following safe operating procedures, and participating in regular safety training sessions.
  • Communication skills within a highly technical environment.
  • Mathematical skills, analytical skills to define problems, collect appropriate and relevant data, establish facts, and draw reasonable conclusions from gathered information.
  • Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
