Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Supports the operation and integrity of warehouse-related enterprise systems by maintaining accurate transaction processing, coordinating user access and system workflows, and collaborating with IT and application administrators to ensure alignment between procurement, inventory, and asset management processes.

  • Develops and maintains warehouse performance reporting, including KPI dashboards that track inventory accuracy, fulfillment efficiency, asset movement, surplus activity, and workload trends, while analyzing data to identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Leadership, Safety & Compliance
  • Supervises warehouse staff and temporary personnel by assigning work priorities, providing training on systems and procedures, and monitoring performance to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to operational standards.

  • Ensures a safe working environment by conducting safety inspections, enforcing PPE requirements, coordinating equipment maintenance checks, and maintaining compliance with emergency preparedness and safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience managing serialized asset tracking systems and overseeing full asset lifecycle processes (procurement, deployment, recovery, and disposition).

  • Advanced knowledge of inventory control methodologies, including cycle counting, audit processes, and just-in-time (JIT) inventory practices.

  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and asset management platforms (e.g., Workday, People Soft, Service Now, or similar).

  • Proven ability to develop and analyze operational reports and dashboards (e.g., KPIs related to inventory accuracy, fulfillment rates, asset tracking, and surplus activity).
