• $18.00 Base Rate plus $0.50 shift differential

• Accurately match numbers & letters
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading
• Loads and unloads trailers
• Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets
• Packages or kits finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
• Electronically scans products using a warehouse management system
• Perform quality control to ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information
• Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
• Sorts and stores perishable goods in refrigerated rooms
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line
• Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)
• Completes other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently and exhibit customer‑service, multitasking, organizational, flexible, excellent numbers and time‑management skills
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Ability to work in non‑climate‑controlled conditions required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to work the required schedule and location
• Completion of a Penske employment application, background investigation (past employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening required

• Must remember and understand instructions, guidelines, or other information
• Must see and verbally communicate; specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Must move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, feel, and reach; regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg and occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg
