Inventory Associate

A Shift M-F 6am-430pm

Compensation: $28 per hour

Responsibilities

- Support fulfillment operations including inventory counting, receiving, and packing

- Receive shipments and unload deliveries from carriers

- Inspect packages arriving at the fulfillment center for quality and compliance

- Perform quality control checks on parts and materials

- Document receipts and process work orders using inventory management tools

- Input data accurately into inventory systems, navigating modules as needed

- Identify and apply appropriate packaging for parts at various workflow stages

- Sort, stage, and move packages or crates to designated areas, ensuring security

- Label and mark parts according to standard operating procedures

- Store and audit parts, ensuring proper storage and inventory accuracy

Requirements

- Experience in fulfillment operations, including inventory counting, receiving, and packing (include years and companies)

- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach-trucks, and electronic pallet jacks, with training if necessary

- Willingness to drive a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs

- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures

- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems
