Job Title: Parts Expeditor
Location: Orlando
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
What You Will DoEnsure accurate communication between maintenance employees and the service parts warehouse order system, manage order and control processes for parts inventories, and support parts procurement and distribution.
Roles and Responsibilities- Ensure accurate communication between maintenance employees and the service parts warehouse order system.
- Manage order and control processes for parts inventories.
- Recommend changes to min/max levels of parts inventories.
- Manage completion of purchase orders with assigned employees.
- Track and report accuracy and status of order fulfillment.
- Order, maintain the min/max system in SAP, and transfer service parts.
- Create purchase orders for parts and place the orders.
- Communicate with managers/employees about parts issues.
- Assist A/P with invoice issues.
- Research parts information for employees.
- Assist settlement with part issues involved in activity settlement.
- Assist with distribution of parts to employees.
- High School Diploma.
- Some prior inventory experience.
- Some prior experience managing budgets.
- Previous experience ordering/inventory parts (strongly preferred).
- General mechanical aptitude.
- SAP knowledge.
