The company is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Selector to join its team in Orlando.

Full‑Time/Part‑Time

Location:

Orlando

Salary starts at $15 per hour.

• Selecting products from the warehouse according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Picking and staging product orders using pick sheets.
• Preparing selected items for repack by packing them securely and labeling them correctly.
• Operating pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed).
• Loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, removing trash, organizing pallets, etc.).
• Complying with company safety standards and procedures.
• Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Staying until the work is fully completed and the shift ends when the work is done.

• Seleccionar productos del almacén según los pedidos de los clientes, asegurando exactitud y puntualidad.
• Recoger y organizar pedidos utilizando hojas de selección.
• Preparar los artículos seleccionados para reempaque, embalándolos de forma segura y etiquetándolos correctamente.
• Operar transpaletas u otro equipo de almacén (se proporcionará capacitación si es necesario).
• Cargar y descargar camiones según se requiera.
• Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio, organizado y seguro realizando tareas rutinarias de limpieza (barrer, retirar basura, organizar pallets, etc.).
• Cumplir con los estándares y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.
• Colaborar con los compañeros y supervisores para cumplir con los objetivos de producción diarios.
• Permanecer hasta que el trabajo esté completamente terminado; los turnos finalizan cuando se completa la labor.

• Prior warehouse or order selection experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and stay until the shift is complete.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Team‑oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

• Experiencia previa en almacén o en selección de pedidos es un plus.
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras repetidamente y permanecer de pie/caminar por períodos prolongados.
• Disposición para trabajar horarios flexibles y quedarse hasta que el turno esté completo.
• Gran atención al detalle y sentido de urgencia.
• Mentalidad orientada al trabajo en equipo y sólida ética laboral.
• Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y normas de seguridad.
