Description
We're looking for hardworking, safety-conscious individuals to join our team in a dual-role position covering both rooftop delivery and warehouse operations. As a Rooftop Loader/Warehouse Associate, you'll work alongside our boom truck operators delivering shingles, rolls, and building materials directly to rooftops at job sites — then return to our warehouse to assist with receiving, organizing, and staging inventory for upcoming deliveries.
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role that keeps our operation running smoothly from the warehouse floor to the rooftop. Hard working, team oriented and self-starting are a must.

Warehouse Manager
- Good mechanical skills and basic math skills
- Ability to lift and carry 70–100 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Ability to work on concrete floor for entire shift
- Comfortable working at heights on rooftops in various weather conditions
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Punctual, dependable, and able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong team communication skills in both warehouse and field environments
- Must be able to transition between field and warehouse duties within the same shift
- Prior experience in roofing, construction, warehouse, or materials handling
- Familiarity with roofing products (shingles, underlayment, drip edge, etc.)
- Experience operating or working around boom/crane trucks
- Forklift certified or experience operating warehouse equipment
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic understanding of load distribution, inventory organization, and safe stacking practices
- Outdoor work in Florida heat, sun, wind, and occasional rain
- Work performed on rooftops at varying heights — must be fully comfortable with heights
- Early start times; typical shifts begin between 5–7 AM
- Must be able to stand, crouch, and maneuver on pitched roof surfaces for extended periods
- Indoor/covered environment with frequent physical activity throughout the shift
- Hours may vary based on delivery schedule and warehouse demand
- Must be able to transition between field and warehouse duties within the same shift

Essential Job Functions- Load and unload roofing materials from boom trucks at job sites
- Assist boom truck operator with rigging and guiding materials to rooftop placement
- Distribute materials evenly across roof surfaces
- Receive and verify incoming freight
- Stage and organize pallets for next-day deliveries
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Stock and organize material on shelves
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Picking orders
- Communicate with drivers, crew members, and site foremen
- Comply with all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines
