Equipment Operator

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Duration: Temp-to-Perm

Schedule: Monday Friday, 5:00 AM 1:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Training: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM for 1 2 weeks

We are seeking experienced Order Selectors to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role involves operating stand-up warehouse equipment, selecting and palletizing customer orders, and supporting warehouse operations while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

• Operate a double electric pallet jack and reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Pick customer orders from floor and high-reach storage locations.
• Build, secure, stage, and stretch-wrap pallets for shipment.
• Label products using warehouse labeling technology.
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and warehouse procedures.
• Work overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.

• 2 4 years of warehouse order selecting experience.
• Proven experience operating a double electric pallet jack (required).
• High-reach/reach truck experience (required).
• Experience with stand-up equipment only.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs (team lifts for heavier items).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and work ethic.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills.
