Shifts:

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Candidates will begin on 1st shift and may transition to 2nd shift based on business needs.

Join Thales as a Logistics Operations Specialist and play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and repair order processing. This position is ideal for candidates with SAP experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment and collaborating across multiple teams.

Job Description

• Process inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Perform inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Review and validate customer repair orders and scopes of work.
• Create, maintain, and update work orders in SAP, including warranty and financial information.
• Generate purchase orders for subcontracted repairs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely repair completion and shipment.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and inventory issues.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and material flow.
• Train and mentor team members on logistics processes and SAP procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting using Excel.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of SAP experience.
• 3+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or shipping & receiving experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and moving materials throughout the facility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Willingness to work overtime and transition to different shifts as business needs require.
