Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Team Lead Sample Express to join our TEAM! The Team Lead Samples Express will increase coach and train sample express team, operate forklift equipment and manage samples.

Primary Objective

Performs a variety of Sample Express duties, as well as, leads Sample Express Representatives in the performance of their duties.

Major Function and Scope

• Leads Sample Express Warehouse Associates and Sample Express Specialists in the performance of their duties. Trains, coaches, and provides guidance to the team.
• Executes Sample Express duties as needed (refer to duties in Sample Express Warehouse and Sample Express Specialist).
• Completes order management duties for customers and stocks orders.
• Executes warehouse tasks for inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Executes shipping and receiving activities in the warehouse.
• Completes purchasing tasks for vendor material.
• Provides backup support for various customer service duties as needed.
• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Dal Systems (online, PC, JDE) knowledge
• Computer Software knowledge (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes)
• 3+ years warehouse experience
• Supervisor or lead experience preferred.
