What You'll Do:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload shipments with care and precision.
• Organize and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace for yourself and your colleagues.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience operating a forklift (certification preferred but not necessary).
• Strong attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills and a willingness to follow directions.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software.
• Experience in other warehouse roles or equipment operation.
• A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and teamwork.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Orlando, FL.
• A commitment to maintaining safety standards and practices.
