Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Must be available to transition to 3:30 PM–12:00 AM as business needs require)

Join Thales as a Logistics Specialist supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving, inventory control, shipping, order processing, and material handling using SAP. Candidates should have strong warehouse experience, inventory knowledge, and the flexibility to work either first or second shift as business needs change.

• Receive and process incoming materials using SAP.
• Inspect shipments for damage, verify quantities, and confirm documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for domestic and international shipment.
• Stock inventory and pull materials for production and customer orders.
• Package materials to ensure safe shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
• Assist in multiple warehouse functions as directed by the team leader.
• Work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• 2+ years of inventory control, loss prevention, or related experience.
• 2+ years of forklift and hand truck operation.
• 1+ year of SAP experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Excel and Word experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work either first or second shift as business needs require.

• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• Additional SAP experience.
• Experience supporting inventory accuracy and warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
