Logistics Operations Specialist

We're hiring a Logistics Operations Specialist to support warehouse operations in Orlando, FL. This role includes receiving, shipping, inventory, order processing, and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential extension or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs)

Shift: Must be flexible to work either:

1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming materials
Process orders using SAP/ERP systems
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
Stock and organize warehouse inventory
Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Follow safety procedures and warehouse standards
Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
2+ years of forklift experience
1+ year of ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs with assistance)
Flexible to work either 1st or 2nd shift, with overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed
