General Labor - MFG- 1 PM

Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of a dedicated workforce supporting various outdoor projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

• Perform general labor duties including bending, kneeling, and lifting objects weighing 25+ pounds.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Work efficiently in an outdoor setting regardless of weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Must have steel-toed, slip-resistant footwear.
• Appropriate work clothing required; clothing may get dirty during shifts.
• No gym shorts, athletic gear, torn clothing, sleeveless t-shirts, or clothing with inappropriate writing allowed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
