Warehouse & Purchasing Assistant
We are looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse & Purchasing Assistant to support our Pool Division with inventory, materials, purchasing, and daily warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and distribute materials and equipment.
- Prepare materials for construction and service jobs.
- Assist with purchase orders and vendor communication.
- Track inventory and identify low-stock items.
- Verify deliveries and packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Assist with returns, damaged materials, and warranty items.
- Help load and unload materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Warehouse, purchasing, inventory, or construction experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
