A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Logistics Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-driven and hands‑on Logistics Specialist to be a key player in our global supply chain operations. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics ecosystem ensuring materials move smoothly from receipt to shipment while maintaining precision, efficiency, and quality.

• Be the gatekeeper of incoming goods: receive, inspect, and verify materials using SAP with accuracy.
• Ensure every shipment meets our standards carefully pack, process, and dispatch materials worldwide.
• Keep inventory flowing stock, organize, and retrieve materials efficiently.
• Take ownership of inventory accuracy by supporting cycle counts and stock audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks with confidence and safety.
• Maintain order and excellence in packaging ensuring all shipments are secure, compliant, and customer ready.
• Stay flexible and agile, contributing across different warehouse functions as needed.
• Collaborate with team leaders and step in for additional responsibilities that keep operations on track.

• A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
• Hands‑on experience:
  • 2+ years in warehouse/logistics or similar roles.
  • 2+ years’ operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
  • 1+ year working with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word (2+ years).
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance).
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and safety.

We operate across flexible schedules, and your adaptability is key:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

You’ll start on the first shift, with opportunities to transition based on business needs. Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays may be part of the journey.

• Experience in inventory control or loss prevention.
• Strong background in shipping & receiving operations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (5+ years preferred).
• SAP experience beyond the basics.

Pay Range*: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
