Veritext is seeking a detail‑oriented Case Manager (Mediation) to ensure exceptional service for clients and mediators. You will manage communications, scheduling, and case details across Vision, my Veritext, and reporter portals while upholding Veritext standards.
The role reports to the office Monday–Friday for 4–6 months, then transitions to a hybrid schedule requiring 2 days in the office. Hybrid work, benefits, and ongoing training are offered.
