Opportunity Overview:

Advent Health Medical Group East Florida is actively expanding its robust Orthopedic Surgery service line and is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeons in multiple subspecialties to join our established and growing practices. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a connected network of orthopedic specialists delivering care across Volusia, Flagler, Lake, and Sumter counties.

Practice Features:

• Aligned with the nationally recognized Advent Health Orthopedic Institute
• Multidisciplinary care model with integrated access to physical therapy and rehab centers, surgical support groups, fitness and wellness resources
• EPIC EMR across all campuses
• On-site X-ray and ultrasound in clinic
• APP support and MAKO robotic technology
• Strong internal referral network with rapid patient volume ramp-up
• Supportive work culture emphasizing collaboration and quality

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
• Fellowship training required in respective subspecialty
• Active or eligibility for Florida medical license
• Strong interest in building a thriving patient base
• Patient-first approach and strong team collaboration
