- Design and develop a diverse range of P.E. activities that cater to the interests and developmental needs of children.
- Integrate Montessori principles and values into the P.E. curriculum.
- Follow and implement after school daily schedule
- Supervise students during P.E. to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Supervise students during after school to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Address any behavioral issues promptly and in accordance with school policies.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate activities and share resources.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are used responsibly and returned to their proper places.
- Monitor and manage attendance records and ensure accurate documentation
- Ensure the safety and security of all students at all times during a shift and follow MGRI emergency procedures when necessary.
- Follow established protocols for closing the school, including securing all doors and windows, turning off lights, and setting the alarm system.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Participate in staff meetings and adhere to all MGRI policies and procedures.
- Assist with school-wide events and activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
