Administrator Hospice Operations Opportunity DescriptionOur client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization. They are looking to add an Administrator Hospice Operations to guide clinical services and operations for a branch within a very large health system. The branch is located near Ormond Beach, FL
. A Clinician (RN or PT) is required. Strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in hospice is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.
- Hospice homecare operations leadership experience
- Expert in state and federal hospice regulations.
- Clinician is required (RN or PT);
Bachelor’s degree required. - Must be able to travel.
- Oversight of Hospice operations in the territory.
- Oversight of directly reporting branch directors.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
