Accord Care, a premier Medicare Home Health Agency, seeks a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to support medically prescribed therapy under a licensed PT. You will promote patient independence, build strong relationships with patients and families, and contribute to organizational success in a team-based clinical setting.
The PTA will work in patients' homes or other clinical settings, documenting care and coordinating with the supervising PT and care team to ensure quality outcomes.
