Avante Group is seeking a Social Services Director for Avante at Ormond Beach Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. You will act as a liaison for residents' social interests and direct the Social Services Department to meet psycho-social needs in compliance with federal and state standards.
This role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field, plus 3+ years in Long Term Care and 1+ year of supervised Social Work experience in a health care setting.
