The Opportunity

As Director of Housekeeping, you’ll lead onsite housekeeping operations in Ormond Beach, FL, helping ensure guests consistently experience clean, welcoming rooms and public spaces. This role exists to set clear standards, coach teams, and keep service running smoothly day after day.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily housekeeping activity, training and motivating team members, conducting inspections, building efficient schedules, coordinating with other departments, managing supplies and equipment, tracking performance metrics, and addressing guest concerns promptly while reinforcing safety practices.

Required qualifications/skills:

• Proven housekeeping leadership experience in hospitality
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

You’ll pause to handle a guest issue with calm urgency, then regroup with other departments to keep turnovers smooth.

Before wrapping up, you’ll review notes, update plans for tomorrow, and leave the operation set up for a strong next day.
