Position Overview
The Position As Housekeeping Manager, you’ll oversee onsite housekeeping operations, keeping rooms and public areas consistently guest-ready. This role exists to set clear expectations, coach the team, and maintain smooth service across daily turns.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily housekeeping activity, train and motivate associates, complete quality inspections, create efficient schedules, partner with other departments, manage inventory/supplies and equipment, monitor performance metrics, and resolve guest concerns quickly while reinforcing safety standards.
Required Qualifications / Skills- Proven housekeeping leadership experience in hospitality
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through
