• Providing a warm and sincere welcome to all of our guests and residents.
• Assisting site manager with oversight of team members during your shift.
• Closing out the day financially.
• Prepping the AM team for success, through completion of Overnight Ops Checklist.
• Driving guest vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
• Coordinating front drive operations.
• Understanding and implementing daily game plans for success.
• Lifting, loading/unloading, guest and resident luggage.
• Delivering luggage to guest/resident rooms or ballrooms.
• Anticipate guests needs during the arrival and departure experience.
• Provide guests with local recommendations, and hotel amenities.
• Communicate with hotel partners to provide information on what can make a guest stay better.
• Assist your fellow hotel colleagues on anything that may help our hotels and residences shine.

• Possess the ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Have the desire to help others.
• Have the desire to help your team win day in and day out.

• Ability to sprint short distances.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
• Ability to work in extreme elements – heat, wind, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds.
