R.O Maintenance Technician --Tropic Sun Towers

The Maintenance Technician I will prioritize and perform maintenance services inclusive of the full range of custodial duties related to the exterior care, maintenance and aesthetic upkeep of the resort.

• Maintain the upkeep of the property
• Maintain property based on standard operating procedures
• Determine material, equipment and supplies to be used
• Order all supplies in a timely manner to complete projects
• Responsible for some construction, painting, electrical and plumbing
• Perform general repairs as needed such as painting, constructing and patching walls, security hardware and landscaping
• Perform a variety of skilled work in maintenance, repairs including carpentry, plumbing, filter maintenance and light fixture maintenance
• Coordinate or inspect, operate and maintain the heating, cooling and ventilation systems

• Ability to perform maintenance duties such as plumbing, electrical, construction and painting
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them, such as; ladder, hammer, power drill, etc.
• Be able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues
• Always be neat in appearance with proper uniform required by company
• Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays are required

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance a plus
