Janitorial / Custodial Employee
Employment Type: Part-Time
Position Overview:We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial / Custodial Employee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values consistency, and enjoys being part of a company that emphasizes quality and teamwork.
Responsibilities:- Perform daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and sanitizing of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Follow safety and cleaning protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on site
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred (training provided)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must pass background screening
