Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Mold Technician Set‑Up / Technician working on the 2nd shift. In this energetic role you will support the Maintenance team in conducting activities according to maintenance guidelines and procedures to increase overall efficiency of equipment and production line.

• Respond to emergencies and breakdowns.
• Report recurring problems with machinery, equipment, and parts for record‑keeping.
• Set calibration and adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments to comply with production specifications and instructions.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0‑2 years of proven experience operating plastic injection molding machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Operational knowledge of electric pallet jacks, overhead cranes, etc.
• Working knowledge of production flow and processes.
• Adequate interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written).
• Injection molding technical education preferred.
