This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.

We currently have RN/LPN positions available for FT3P-11P.

Registered Nurse (RN) base wages are from $32-$37/hr based on years of experience.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) base wages are $29-$32/hr /hr. Shift differential and attendance bonus when applicable.

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two years prior nursing experience preferred
