Responsibilities
The RN assists physicians in the care and teaching of patients.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Residence.
- Experience in IV therapy.
- Ability to assess patient needs and conditions.
- Strong critical‑thinking skills and ability to react calmly during emergencies.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire or within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide a BLS course within the first 30 days).
- Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is preferred but not required.
- Critical care experience is encouraged.
Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m.‑5:00 p.m.
ScreeningsAll new hires must undergo background, drug, and nicotine screening. Vaccinations are required, including influenza, unless an approved exemption exists. The workplace is drug‑free; all employees must participate in drug/nicotine testing.
