Night Certified Nursing Assistant - Hospice
Provide direct and indirect care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse. Responsibilities include basic patient care, obtaining vital signs, recording fluid intake and output, recognizing and reporting changes in patient condition, and documenting patient care on a written flow sheet and computer. The role also requires a positive attitude and demeanor, good communication skills, and teamwork.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current/active Florida CNA certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience preferred.
- Good computer skills.
- Customer‑service oriented and able to communicate effectively and build relationships with Team Members at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to assist in providing exceptional care for patients and their families.
