Position Summary
Onsite Innovations is now hiring an experienced and self‑driven Registered Nurse for a full‑time position at our client's site in Ormond Beach, FL. This is your opportunity to step out of a traditional nurse setting and make an impact on employee health, wellness and safety. You will assist practitioners with patient care, physical examinations, ancillary tests, and perform a variety of administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide occupational health services, including injury assessment, first‑aid care, accurate medical documentation, vaccination review and administration.
- Obtain a thorough and accurate employee medical history and relevant background information.
- Collaborate with onsite leadership and the medical director to provide complete care and support safe return‑to‑work practices.
- Serve as a health and wellness resource to employees.
- Assist in medical record maintenance by keeping health, administrative, and program records onsite, safeguarding confidentiality of employee health information.
- Create and drive wellness initiatives to site employees.
- Maintain a clean clinic space and take inventory of supplies, re‑ordering supplies when needed.
- Maintain and operate all clinical equipment, including calibration and record‑keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures.
- Teach First‑Aid/CPR, Bloodborne Pathogen, etc., and conduct hearing testing on‑site for employees.

- Ensure accuracy when completing and executing tasks such as drug screens, DOTs, bandaging, dressings and performing quality assurance checks.

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
Certifications and Licenses- Current registration/license in the state where employed.
- Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT, certification.
Customarily at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational health nursing or related field.
Continuing EducationContinuing education is required to maintain license and to perform job.
