Onsite Innovations is now hiring an experienced and self-driven Registered Nurse for a full-time position at our client's site in Ormond Beach, FL. This is your opportunity to step out of a traditional nurse setting and make your impact on employee health, wellness and safety! Assists practitioners with patient care, physical examinations, ancillary tests, and performs a variety of administrative duties.

Provide occupational health services including injury assessment, first aid care, accurate medical documentation, vaccination review and administration. Obtain thorough and accurate employee medical history and obtain relevant background information. Collaborate with onsite leadership and medical director to provide complete care and support safe return to work practices. Serve as a health and wellness resource to employees. Assists in medical record maintenance by keeping health, administrative, and program records onsite, safeguarding confidentiality of employee health information.

Create and drive wellness initiatives to site employees. Maintain clean clinic space and take inventory of supplies and re-order supplies when needed. Maintains and operates all clinical equipment, including calibration and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures. Teach First Aid/CPR, Bloodborne Pathogen, etc. and conduct hearing testing on-site for employees.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Major:
Nursing Degree must be from an accredited college or university. Education Details:
